In all of our company divisions there is only one maxim: the zero-defects credo. every product, all performances and the individually designed solutions have to correspond to the quality standards of our customers. the safeguarding and constant development of the high quality level of all company performances, as well as certification according to ISO 9001 & QS9000, is a matter of course for us.
ISO-9001 & QS-9000
Zhengda is actively pursuing the ISO-9001 standard in all our manufacturing facilities and has a program in place to qualify to QS-9000. Our products meet or exceed industry standards for ball& roller bearings, and hub units. With a survey based SPC system currently in place, Zhengda will implement, within 3 years, a completely automated SPC system. And the ISO/TS 16949 will be carried out at the end of 2006!

All zhengda Sales Representatives are professionals who have many years of experience in all aspects of bearings. zhengda Engineers are knowledgeable about all aspects of bearing design and applications.
Just in Time Delivery
Zhengda is capable of providing JIT delivery to your company in addition to a safety stock program that assures you and uninterrupted flow of bearing product to your production lines. Zhengda inventories a full two months bearing usage for our customers at all times. We also have the flexibility to package and label our product to meet individual customer requirements.
Materials/Quality
Zhengda sources the highest quality material worldwide to provide our customers with the most reasonably priced quality bearings. Steel balls and seal materials are purchased from Japan. Bearing greases are purchased from United States Manufacturers. This combination of Multi-National procurement allows Zhengda the ability to provide the best materials used in manufacturer of our bearings and to produce bearings at the most economical cost. Zhengda sources materials worldwide to take advantage of technologies and efficiencies of many diverse suppliers.
Special Design & ISO9001 abd QS9000
Zhengda bearings are manufactured to meet or exceed ISO standards. We provide ball & roller bearing and hub assembly which are 100% inspected through two procedures at least, which is super quiet for your most demanding applications. Zhengda can also design a bearing suitable for applications where a standard bearing will not meet the engineering requirements.
Engineering Resources
Zhengda has complete laboratory and Engineering facilities at each plant as well as a separate Quality Control Facility in our Zhejiang Corporate Headquarters. Our staff engineers in the China with a total of 20 years experience in Bearing Engineering application. R & D
