1. BEARING MATERIALS:
Ring and Rolling Element s material: Primarily, high carbon chromium bearing steel is used for the bearing rings and rolling elements. This bearing steel is heat treated by Vacuum quench.The general feature of the steels is highly purified, high hardness, anti-fatigue, anti-grinded,and the stability of the dimension. The standard material for ZL bearing rings, rollers and balls is vacuum-processed high carbon chromium steel allowing high quality consitency and long bearing service life. Material symbol is GCr15, which from Baogang Steel and Xingcheng Steel and its chemical composition is approximately the same as AISI 52100 specified in the USA, DIN 100 Cr6 in Germany, and BS 535A99 in England.
Cage material: The low carbon steels are mainly used for pressed cages of bearings. Depending on the purpose, brass, stainless steel or synthetic resin may be used. For machined cages, high-strength brass or carbon steel is used.

一、TAPERED ROLLER BEARING
(1)The rings and rollers of ZL bearings are made of refined high carbon-chrome bearing steel-GCr15. (The contrast of Bearing Steel No. of each country) The cages are punch-pressed from super quality cold rolling steel sheet or having nylon cages. The seals are hot-pressed from oil-resistant bune-N rubber with phosphatizing steel skeleton. (2)Case hardened steel, pls kindly contact us for more information.
PRECISION
The precision of inch system bearing is classified in 4, 3, 2, 0 and 00 five grades Classes. 0,6/6X,5 and 4 apply to metric-system bearings. The relationship of classes to ISO tolerance classes, etc.

LUBRICATION
The main purposes of bearing lubrication are to prevent metallic contact between the rolling elements, raceways, and cage, and also to prevent the bearing from corrosion and wear. Additional functions are sealing and cooling of the bearing. Bearing may be lubricated with grease or oil-in special cases with a solid lubricant-the choice of which depends primarily on the temperature range, operating speeds, and loading conditions of the bearings concerned. All lubricants must be changed from time to time because their properties deteriorate as a result of aging and contamination of the lubricants. 二、BALL BEARING
CAGES In general, ZL cages are pressed steel ribbon cages & pressed steel snap cages. For wheel hub bearings and A/C beairngs, the cages are made from Nylon 66 with glass fiber.
SHIELDS & SEALS The standard seals are made of oil and wear-resistant nitrile rubber(NBR) with a sheet steel reinforcement. SPCC is the standard material for shields we apply.
LUBRICATION The grease can be applied upon customer's requirements. In general, Alvania R 2 is used for FKG small ball bearing. RONEX MP from ESSO Co. and ALVANIA R3 from SHELL are used for wheel hub bearings. Details as per our grease conversion table
2. BEARING TOLERANCE & ACCURACY Bearing accuracy consists of dimensional accuracy and running accuracy. The normal grade is P0,a higher grade is P6 and P2 is the highest grade. Accuracy Grade Standard Conversion Table

3. INTERNAL CLEARANCE The radial internal clearance of a bearing is of considerable importance, if satisfactory operation is to be obtained, as it greatly influences beairng performance including fatige life, vibration, noise, heat generation, etc. The radial clearances of ZL bearings can be classified into C2, Standard, C3, C4 & C5 RADIAL CLEARANCE TABLE (μm)

VIBRATION AND NOISE The vibration and noise of bearings are classified in four classes Z1, Z2, Z3, and Z4. It is measured by the instrument of S0910-1. For special requirement, it is measured by BVT-1 and classified as V1, V2, V3 , and V4.
